Pinehurst Baptist Church is an elder led congregation. This means that under the ultimate authority of Christ, the membership of the church selects biblically qualified men to lead and shepherd the congregation to accomplish its disciple-making mission. The church also selects deacons who serve the practical and physical needs of the congregation as they arise.
